Chapter 12 - Wedding Custards

Were you worried I wouldn't have anything for those of us with a sweet tooth? This chapter has the three custards I made at my own wedding, and the have an important place in this story. Every time I make these, it reminds me of two things from that unforgettable day. Me saying "I do" to my sweet and amazing wife - and my son asking me if he could have a second custard!
